Airpoints Account Information
You can view a summary of your Airpoints™ account, and details of all your transactions dating back 12 months. As well as your current balance, this includes information about your tier status including the number of Airpoints Dollars™ you need to retain your current status or reach the next one. If you are an Airpoints Silver, Gold, or Gold Elite member, you can see how many complimentary upgrades you have left to use.
And if the Airpoints Dollars you've earned by flying with Air New Zealand do not appear on your account, you can use our Claim Missing Airpoints Dollars form to let us know.
Now that you have the option to access your account information online, anytime, you could also choose not to receive postal statements. You'll help protect the environment, and you could save money on your
annual account fee. You can choose to stop receiving your postal statements by logging in and visiting Communication Preferences.
