Clearing Customs
When you arrive at your destination you will pass directly from the aircraft to customs, and from there into the luggage pick up area.

Most airports are clearly signposted If you need help with your luggage, customs procedures or transit flight connections, for instance, Air New Zealand ground staff will be happy to help. Let them or your flight crew know.
