Multi-currency payment

Multi-currency pricing (MCP) allows you to pay in the website currency or your choice of currency from the listed options.

When payment is completed, the currency for that transaction cannot be changed. MCP may not be available for all transactions. Please contact us if there is a problem confirming any of the partner airline flights in your booking and tickets cannot be issued. Please quote your booking reference.

Please note MCP is not available through the Contact Centre. You will be charged in the local currency that corresponds to the website the fare is booked on.

When a currency conversion takes place, the exchange rate is based on a mid-market exchange rate plus an average margin set by Air New Zealand, which may be more competitive than the rate offered by your card provider. Your credit card provider may charge an additional fee.
