With UK and some European airspace currently closed to all carriers as a result of recent volcanic activity, flights to and from these destinations are currently disrupted.
Air New Zealand strongly advises passengers to not commence their travel until UK / Europe airspace is open and are advised to make alternative arrangements.
Should passengers still decide to travel and there are disruptions to their plans, costs incurred will be at their expense.
Passengers may defer their travel to another Air New Zealand flight without penalty. Those who no longer wish to travel can apply for a full refund. Passengers should call 0800 737 000 or talk with their travel agent.

Flights this evening to London:
NZ2 and NZ39 will depart this evening to Los Angeles and Hong Kong respectively but may terminate at these ports.
Other long haul flights to Asia, North America and Canada are unaffected.
