There are so many ways to spend your Airpoints Dollars™, you'll probably find the hardest thing is choosing how to make the most of them.
In the air, you can use your Airpoints Dollars to fly with Air New Zealand, Star Alliance airlines and our other airline partners. Companion tickets and upgrades on Air New Zealand ticketed and operated flights are other great ways to use your Airpoints Dollars. And exclusively for Airpoints™ members, some of our long-haul seats are available at special low fares, for purchase using your Airpoints Dollars.
On the ground, you can use your Airpoints Dollars to pay for car rental, hotel accommodation, and Koru Club membership. And you can gift rewards to other people living at the same address as you - even if they're not Airpoints members.

How to request your reward
You'll need your membership number and Personal Access Code (PAC) to request a reward. You'll also need your credit card to pay for any applicable taxes, levies and surcharges. For PAC number help please contact your nearest Air New Zealand Contact Centre.

By Mail or Fax
Simply complete the reward request section on the back of your Airpoints statement and fax or mail it to your nearest Air New Zealand Contact Centre. Please allow seven working days for us to process your request. Service fees apply.
Online
Online Airpoints rewards bookings are currently only available to members registered as living in New Zealand, Australia or the Cook Islands. For members registered as living in other countries please contact your nearest Air New Zealand Contact Centre to make your booking. Service fees will apply.
