Greg Foran

Chief Executive Officer

Greg started as Air New Zealand's Chief Executive Officer on 3 February 2020.

Greg joins the airline from Walmart U.S where he was Chief Executive Officer from 2014 to 2019. He was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of the company's 4,600 stores and more than 1 million staff. Last year Walmart U.S. served more than 140 million customers a week and had revenues of $307 billion.

Greg joined Walmart International in 2011 and served in several capacities, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Walmart China. Prior to joining Walmart International he held several senior positions with Woolworths, the leading retailer in Australia and New Zealand.

Greg has attended Advanced Management Programs at Harvard University and the University of Virginia. He also holds a Diploma in Management from the New Zealand Institute of Management.

Jeff McDowall.

Jeff McDowall

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff joined the airline in 2000 and in 2018 was appointed Chief Financial Officer. In his role Jeff is responsible for the airline’s finances, strategy, networks and government affairs.

Jeff is an experienced finance executive, having worked in many senior commercial and finance roles within the airline. These include Group General Manager Corporate Finance where he was responsible for Corporate Finance, Treasury, Fleet Strategy and Investor Relations; and Group General Manager Commercial, with responsibility for pricing, revenue management and ancillary revenue.

Prior to joining Air New Zealand, Jeff spent six years as a management consultant with PwC in New Zealand, Singapore and the United States, and three years with Mobil Oil in New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University, is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a certified member of the Institute of Finance Professionals NZ.

Cam Wallace

Chief Commercial and Customer Officer

Cam is the Chief Commercial and Customer Officer at Air New Zealand. He leads a diverse portfolio from Commercial, Loyalty, Cargo, Alliances, Retail Marketing, Contact Centres, Tandem Travel, Regional Affairs, Tourism & Cultural Affairs through to Customer Care, Customer Experience & Insights, Brand & Content Marketing and Communications. His teams are based both in New Zealand and globally, including Australia, North America, Singapore, China, Japan, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Cam started with the airline in 2001 and throughout his time has held a number of senior positions including Group General Manager New Zealand and Pacific Islands and General Manager Australia. Cam has completed business management programmes at Darden School of Business, Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University Chicago, and the London Business School. Most recently he studied at INSEAD, France, where he completed the Advanced Management Programme.

Carrie Hurihanganui.

Chief Operating Officer

Carrie Hurihanganui is the Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees our Pilots, Cabin Crew, Airports, Engineering & Maintenance, Properties & Infrastructure, Supply Chain, Resourcing and Airline Operations teams. She has an abundance of strategic and operational experience having been with the airline 21 years and has held several senior roles including General Manager Offshore Airports, General Manager Customer Experience, and Group General Manager Regional Airlines & Airline Operations.

Carrie left the airline in 2017 to join National Australia Bank (NAB) based in Melbourne as Executive General Manager Customer Experience before returning in 2018 to the Chief Ground Operations role. She has a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University and has completed various programmes of study, including INSEAD and Harvard.

Air New Zealand Chief Digital Officer Jennifer Sepull.

Jennifer Sepull

Chief Digital Officer

Jennifer Sepull joined Air New Zealand in 2019 as Chief Digital Officer. Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience working in senior leadership roles at a range of organisations across the retail, consumer products, automotive, tech, healthcare, financial services and manufacturing industries including USAA Financial Services, Kimberly-Clark, Honda Motor Corporation and IBM. She most recently served as CEO and Executive Advisor for JMS Digital Advisory Group, LLC.

Jennifer currently serves as a member of the London Stock Exchange Group's Technical Advisory Board. She is also certified as a Leadership Fellow for the National Board of Director's Association in the United States.

Jennifer has a law degree from Chapman University School of Law in California as well as a Bachelor of Arts in criminal justice from Chapman University. She also attended Cambridge University in England with a focus on international legal and technology business studies and received certification from Harvard University for advanced cybersecurity management.

David Morgan

David Morgan

Chief Operational Integrity and Safety Officer

David is no stranger to the aviation industry, joining the airline as a pilot in 1985 and later joining the Flight Operations team in 1996. In 2006, David was appointed the Chief Operational Integrity and Safety Officer, taking on the responsibility for determining the Flight Operations policy, standards and procedures by which our aircraft are operated, as well as overseeing the Learning, People Safety and Sustainability functions for the airline.

In this role, David is also accountable for the Aviation Group Security Business Continuity and Emergency Management. He is a current Boeing 787 pilot.

Joe McCollum

Joe McCollum

Chief People Officer

Joe joined Air New Zealand in April 2020 as Chief People Officer and is responsible for developing and executing the airline's people and culture strategy. He has more than 30 years' experience both in New Zealand and globally, leading companies through transformational HR initiatives and programmes.

Prior to joining Air New Zealand, Joe led the Human Resource function at Spark New Zealand for more than 7 years. He has extensive experience across a broad range of industries, including the music and media industry, working for EMI and Daily Mail Group in the UK,  the chemical industry working as Global HR Director for chemical giant ICI, and the fast-moving consumer goods industry as HR director for Lion Nathan and Pepsi.

Joe has an MSc in Business Studies from Columbia University.
