You can bring one guest who is travelling with you into the Koru Lounge, as well as up to three children aged between 3 and 17 (inclusive), and children two and under.
Koru Club includes access to Frequent Flyer Seating, usually located towards the front of the Economy cabin.
You'll also get complimentary access to Exit Row or unsold Premium seats 48 hours before departure.

You can purchase a Koru Club Extra Guest by signing into your Koru account, going to the 'Benefits' page and to the 'Add-ons' tab.
A maximum of one Extra Guest is allocated to you at a time and it may have a different expiry date to your Koru membership, depending on the date of purchase.
The Koru Club customer care team are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm NZST.
