Not enough Airpoints to book your next flight or item you've been eyeing up on the Airpoints Store? Flexipay lets you pay with a mixture of Airpoints and cash. To use Flexipay on flights, your available Airpoints balance must be at least 20% of the total cost of the airfare.
To use Flexipay on flights, sign in to your Koru account and proceed through the booking flow as normal. You will see the Airpoints Flexipay payment method on the 'Review and Pay' page when you have 'Use Airpoints' selected.
To use Flexipay on the Airpoints Store, sign in to your Airpoints account head to checkout. Use the Flexipay calculator on the page to choose the amount you would like to pay in Airpoints and the amount you'd like to pay by credit/debit card.
Note that Flexipay is only available to use in New Zealand and Australia.
