Status Retain is designed to recognise your loyalty when you’re just short of retaining your tier.
If you’re close to the required Status Points at the end of your membership year, we will gift you the remaining points you need to retain Koru Gold, Koru Platinum or Koru Black.
Status Retain becomes available in the last 14 days of your membership year. If eligible, you’ll see the option in the Benefits section of your member portal.
The maximum number of Status Points that can be gifted depends on your tier:
